Song: That’s on me, Mac Miller
While listening to this song many times, I felt a sense of simplicity but also instability; kind of calm chaos? During the song, he’s admitting he doesn’t know where he’s going in life, and he’s become ok with that. He also feels to blame but has come to a state of acceptance. I let the “strings” flow naturally here to represent that, almost to represent the many different paths in life he may take. This song makes me feel a deep underlying sadness, and I tried to convey that by adding the black lines to the strings.
