Here are my ideas so far. I am also having issues with the image quality when I export as a JPG. I tried taking a screenshot, but the image was still a bit blurry and the colors were off. Is there another way I could export the image?

These are fantastic. I think the colors work fine on screen, but you can always send me a copy of the AI file for reference. When “Exporting As” a jpg file in Illustrator, make sure to check the settings on the follow up options screen that appears. It gives you a slider for image quality (smaller to larger file size) and also options for resolution.
