Nice job getting these done. Overall, the five black shape design is best. It’s got strong graphic impact and a nice scale and placement for the space. The ambiguity of the form keeps it interesting. The white on black piece isn’t compositionally as strong, but the shapes are intriguing. They just need better placement.
The square concepts are all good, but need more consideration of placement as well. I know this is difficult when you’re gluing as you go, but compositional placement will be a consistent theme in tomorrow’s crit.
